QueerFem Vernetzungswoche 2011
Liebe Alle !
Im September 2011 soll in St. Pölten (Niederösterreich) am LAMES Gelände eine inter(anti)nationale queer-feministische Vernetzungswoche stattfinden. Zur Vorbereitung soll es im Juni ein gemeinsames Vernetzungswochenende geben, um interessierte Gruppen und das Gelände kennenzulernen, uns zu vernetzen und die Projektwoche konkret vorzubereiten.
Ziel des ganzen ist eine intensive Auseinandersetzung mit beiden Themen jenseits der lokalen Grenzen und zur Förderung inter(anti)nationaler Vernetzung. Auch wenn Platz zum Feiern und entspannen eingeplant werden soll, geht es uns v.a. um eine intensive inhaltliche Auseinandersetzung, keine (viel zu oft) oberflächlichen Diskussionen, sondern um ein einwöchinges miteinander und voneinander Lernen und Leben.
Das LAMES Gelände (http://blog.lames.at/) ist ein 4,5 Hektar großes Gelände in St Pölten das auf prekärer Basis ohne fixen Vertrag seit nun ?Jahren von der Stadt geduldet wird. Auf den Gelände gibt es zwei große Häuser, einem naheliegenden Fluß, eine Werkstatt, zwei Küchen, einen große Bühnen/Proberaum und diversen anderen Räumlichkeiten, die sich perfekt für Diskussionsrunden, Vorträge, Workshops, Filmabende uvm. eignen. Das riesige Grundstück kann auch als Campingplatz verwendet werden.
Initiator_innen der QueerFem Vernetzungswoche ist die
Projektgestalungsgruppe Plan.Los!, eine autonome Gruppe von Menschen, die sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat mehr antiautoritäre, antisexistische, antirassistische, antihomophobe, partizipative und libertäre Großprojekte auf die Beine zu stellen. Die Beteiligung an der Organisation ist jedoch für alle die es wollen – ob Kollektive oder Einzelne – erwünscht und nötig. Denn eine Sache ist klar, eine Veranstaltung eines solchen Rahmens, unter dem DIY-Prinzip, erfordert eine Menge Vorbereitungsarbeit. Wir sehen die Organisation der QueerFem Vernetzungswoche 2011 als Möglichkeit eine stärkere Vernetzung auch im lokalen Rahmen zwischen autonomen und unabhängigen Gruppen/Menschen zu fördern.Falls du keine Lust hast dich an der Organisation zu beteiligen, dir aber vorstellen könntest einen Workshop, einen Vortrag, eine Performance, eine Diskussion oder einen Film(abend) zum Thema Queer oder Feminismus zu machen, freuen wir uns sehr über eine email von dir, mit einer kurzen Beschreibung von dir/euch und dem was du geplant hast → vernetz2@kukuma.info Wir erhoffen uns ein spannendes, vielfältiges, kreatives, inhaltliches, breites Programm !
Unser nächstes offenes Treffen findet am 06.05.11 um 17h in der Dezentrale auf der Akademie der Bildenden Künste statt. Jede_R der mitmachen will, ist herzlich eingeladen vorbeizuschauen und sich einzubringen.

QueerFem network meeting 2011
Dear allThere will be an inter(anti)national queer feminist network meeting week in September in St.Pölten (the capitol of Lower Austria) at the LAMES area(blog.lames.at/). Groups/people who are interested are invited to come to the preparatory weekend in June, where we’ll give them the possibility to connect with each other, to get acquainted with the area of Lames and start to prepare precisely. If there are interested people who aren’t able to travel twice to Austria, they are welcomed to get in contact with mail or other media so they can be incorporated in the project.
The goal of this inter(anti)national queer feminist week is an intense exchange of both topics far away from local borders and to support inter(anti)national networking. Besides of the space where to celebrate, hang out and relax there should be the focus on the intense and in terms of content exchange and no superficial discussions. We want a week to live with and learn from each other.
The initiators of the inter(anti)national queer feminist network meeting week are the group „Plan!los“ which is a group of autonomous people who have the goal to make more anti authority, anti sexism, anti racism, anti homophobia, participative and liberterian projects. Everybody is welcomed and pleased to participate to this project. So if you are interested to make a workshop, lecture, performance, discussion, movie or any other idea to the topic of queer feminism just send us a short summary about yourself and you’re plans for the meeting to the following address → vernetz2@kukuma.info We are looking forward to a diverse, creative, exciting program.
We have the option to support you if you don’t have enough money to travel, but please keep in mind that our financial resources are limited. We can also support you if you need a visa. So please contact us as early as possible! Don’t worry about expenses during the week. There will be free price policy and vegan/freegan food.
